Every invoice carries the fingerprint of the last.

Sakonix signs every invoice, chains it to the last, sends it to ZATCA and shows you exactly what came back.

Each invoice carries the hash of the one before it. An accepted invoice is never edited: a correction is a credit note.

The invoice your customer receives.

A tax invoice is cleared by ZATCA before it reaches your customer. A simplified one is reported within 24 hours.

Questions before you start.

Another question? Write to us at hello@sakonix.com

Do I need accounting experience?

No. You issue invoices and record bills, and Sakonix posts them to your books. Your accountant can join you at no extra cost.

Is my data kept in Saudi Arabia?

Yes. Your invoices and books are stored on servers inside the Kingdom.

Can I change an invoice after it is issued?

Not by editing it: an issued invoice is a legal record. You correct it with a credit or debit note, which goes to ZATCA the same way.

What if ZATCA refuses an invoice?

You see ZATCA's reason in plain words, correct the invoice and issue it again. Nothing already issued is lost.

Is Sakonix approved by ZATCA?

ZATCA does not approve software: its own directory of solution providers says a listing is not an approval. Sakonix signs, chains and submits as ZATCA's specifications require, checked against ZATCA's own SDK.

How do I get help?

By WhatsApp, phone or email, in Arabic or English.
